STANFORD HOSPITAL:
FORE THE CARE
As the core fundraising and awareness campaign, this
celebrity golf tournament and dinner/auction needed to communicate excellence of care. Therefore, we were
tasked to name and clarify the mission and vision of this event, how it
links to the hospital’s core goals and objectives, and to create a model
that could eventually be taken over by hospital staff and volunteers.
Related business development activities include building
collaborative sponsorship (list development,
securing sponsors),
facilitating introductions and helping to build long term relationships
with corporate donors and celebrities.
Design deliverables include naming, logo and brand ID,
creation of the event website, sponsorship program and presentation
packet design, event environmentals, volunteer support, and a full
battery of event day signage.
On the execution side of things, alcheme is responsible
for the marketing planning and budgeting, list growth, advertising and
PR, defining long-term roles and responsibilities, and a
fully-documented process that can be more easily duplicated in coming
years.
The goal for the 1st year was to produce a top-end event
that sponsors, celebrities, patients and community members could look
forward to, and would be eager to support year after year.
